Healthy Almond Ladoo Recipe — Ready in 15 Minutes

Almond Ladoo — A Guilt-Free Treat

No refined sugar, no artificial ingredients — just pure, wholesome goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds (blanched)
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 3-4 tbsp honey or jaggery
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Dry roast almonds for 5-6 minutes. Cool and grind to coarse powder.
  2. Mix with coconut, cardamom, and saffron.
  3. Add warm ghee and honey. Mix well.
  4. Roll into smooth round ladoos.
  5. Garnish with pistachios and let them set for 15 minutes.
