Almond Ladoo — A Guilt-Free Treat
No refined sugar, no artificial ingredients — just pure, wholesome goodness.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds (blanched)
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 3-4 tbsp honey or jaggery
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Instructions
- Dry roast almonds for 5-6 minutes. Cool and grind to coarse powder.
- Mix with coconut, cardamom, and saffron.
- Add warm ghee and honey. Mix well.
- Roll into smooth round ladoos.
- Garnish with pistachios and let them set for 15 minutes.
