There is no minimum order value. You can order any quantity you like. However, we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499, so adding a little more to your cart could save you on delivery charges!

We typically deliver within 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other locations across India. Orders placed before 2 PM on business days are usually dispatched the same day.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below this threshold, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 is applied. We believe great dry fruits should come at a fair price, delivery included.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from the "My Orders" section of your account. The tracking updates in real-time so you always know where your package is.

We accept a wide range of payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are secured via Razorpay.

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details on our servers. Your payment information is completely secure.

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for most PIN codes across India. COD orders have a small additional charge of ₹30 for handling. COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000 in value.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products. Since dry fruits are perishable goods, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or taste preference. Please refer to our Return Policy page for complete details.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are initiated within 2-3 business days. The amount is credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.

We are sorry if that happens! Please take clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@swaadyanpds.com. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Yes, all Swaadya products are 100% natural with no added preservatives, artificial colours, or flavours. We believe in delivering nature's goodness in its purest form. Our products are lab-tested and FSSAI certified.

For best freshness, store your dry fruits in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Nuts and seeds can also be refrigerated to extend their shelf life. Avoid exposure to moisture as it can affect texture and taste.

Most of our dry fruits have a shelf life of 6-12 months when stored properly in sealed packaging. The exact expiry date is printed on every pack. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 30-45 days for the best taste and freshness.

We source from the finest farms across India and the world. Our almonds come from California, cashews from Goa and Kerala, pistachios from Iran, walnuts from Kashmir, dates from Saudi Arabia, and seeds from premium organic farms. Every batch is quality-checked before packing.
