• Natural variations in colour, size, and shape of dry fruits are normal and do not constitute a defect.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product or discontinue any product at any time.
• All products are FSSAI certified and comply with applicable food safety regulations in India.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you if this occurs.
• Promotional codes and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions, may have expiry dates, and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Payment must be made at the time of order placement (for prepaid orders) or upon delivery (for Cash on Delivery orders).
• We accept payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

4. Orders & Delivery

• Placing an order on our Website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.
• An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or any other reason. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, product availability, and courier partner schedules. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• Swaadya is not liable for any health effects resulting from consumption of our products if the consumer has known allergies or medical conditions that were not disclosed, or if the products were stored improperly after delivery.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or internet/telecommunications failures.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before making a purchase. Key points include:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products only.
• Perishable food products cannot be returned for change of mind.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
• Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely achieves the intended purpose of the original.
