1. Delivery Timeline

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Here are our estimated delivery timelines:

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and national holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during festive seasons, sales events, or adverse weather conditions.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer competitive shipping rates to ensure your dry fruits reach you affordably:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry an additional handling fee of ₹30, regardless of order value.
• Shipping charges are calculated before applying discount coupons or promotional codes.
• For bulk orders or corporate gifting, customised shipping rates may apply. Please contact us for a quote.

4. Serviceable Areas

• We currently deliver to all major cities, towns, and most PIN codes across India through our courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post.
• To check if your PIN code is serviceable, enter it during the checkout process. If delivery is not available to your area, you will be notified immediately.
• For deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional delivery time may be required.
• We currently do not offer international shipping. If you require delivery outside India, please contact us for special arrangements.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
• You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section.
• Tracking information typically becomes active within 12-24 hours after dispatch.
• If your tracking status has not updated for more than 48 hours, please contact our support team at info@swaadyanpds.com.

6. Packaging & Handling

• All products are securely packed in food-grade, airtight packaging to maintain freshness during transit.
• For gift boxes and premium hampers, special gift wrapping and packaging are used to ensure a premium unboxing experience.
• We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible as part of our commitment to sustainability.
• During summer months (April-June), we take additional precautions to protect heat-sensitive products such as chocolate-covered nuts and certain dates.

7. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please reach out to us:

• Undelivered Orders: If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeline, contact us and we will investigate with our courier partner.
• Damaged During Transit: If the package arrives damaged, please take photographs and notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Wrong Product: If you received a different product than what you ordered, contact us immediately and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.
• Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us and a refund will be initiated (minus shipping charges for non-free-shipping orders).
